Hello lovelies, I hope you are all feeling well? Halloween is 12 weeks away...and I have decided to post a creation for every one of those 12 weeks! So, if all goes to plan, I will post a Halloween project with full instructions every Wednesday up until actual Halloween (31st October). I hope you will join me and perhaps get some ideas for your Halloween plans?

This year I am hosting a Halloween Party Class and it's quite exciting to start preparing for it. All my goodies arrived yesterday from SU! and I couldn't wait to get started.

My very first project is of course, the coffin! How could I resist? The Coffin Treat Boxes (12) come as a pre cut and scored 2 piece flat pack that took me 2 minutes to assemble.

Before I glued the lid together, I embossed it with the new Stylish Scroll Embossing Folder to give it that raised pattern.

I brushed over the embossed lid with the Silvery Shimmer Ink Pad - it's a Metallic Ink. This gives it a little vintage feel.

The sentiment is stamped in Basic Grey from the Spooktacular Bash Stamp Set on Very Vanilla Cardstock and cut out with the Ornate Frames which was part of the Bundle I got - Monster Bash Suite. This has everything I need to put together many different projects.

The Terracotta cardstock you can see was cut out using the Ornate Frames again and I love how decorative they are. I cut a tag from some Monster Bash DSP and glued it on first after inking the edges with Crumb Cake. then added some ribbon (retired).

The little black spider is cut from the Wicked Dies.

A quick look at the coffins - you get 12 tops and 12 bottoms. They are really easy to assemble.

Because I am hosting a Halloween Party, I couldn't resist getting all these awesome Stamp Sets...and since you may not have received your Holiday Catalogue yet, I thought I would share with you what they look like.

Here is the fun and spooky Monster Bash DSP! I love that there is a touch of Terracotta in it because, as you will soon see my chosen colour theme for this years party and hence projects I will be sharing with you.....can you guess what colour I am planning to add to this???

Yup, those of you who know me well enough may have already guessed! PINK. And why not I say?
