12 Weeks of Halloween - Week 2

Updated: Aug 25, 2019

Hello lovelies, it's week 2 of my Halloween projects and I have a fun one to show you today.

I have featured the new Gold Mini Pizza Boxes as a treat holder. First I stuck down some Basic Black Scalloped Edge Ribbon (p. 53) to the front of the box , then added a piece of Monster Bash DSP that was mounted onto some Basic Black Cardstock.

I used the Ornate Frames to cut some Rococo Rose Cardstock as a base for the cute picture that was cut out from the DSP. I inked all my papers with Crumb Cake before adhering to the project.

The sentiments that are stamped onto Crumb Cake Cardstock are from The Raven Stamp Set. They were stamped in Basic Grey, I mounted them onto dimensionals then stuck onto the box.

This is the Ornate Frames Dies that come in the Spooktacular Bash Bundle. (Dies & Stamps)

A little tip for those who are interested, or don't already know - for quick access to your Dies/Framelits you can cut a piece of magnetic sheet and stick it to the the inside of your coordinating stamp set. I do this to some sets where there I know I will use the set frequently and when there are a lot of pieces. (I purchase my sheets online)

One item I was dying to try out was the cute little Monster Bash Enamel Shapes, you can see I have added here - a blackbird and some dots.

You get 80 adhesive backed enamel shapes in one packet of Monster Bash Enamel Shapes - there are tombstones, skulls, ravens and dots.

This was a fun and easy project and by using the precut Pizza Boxes, half your work is done for you! I have filled my box with some Halloween themed lollies, but you could also put cookies or even non edible treats in there.

The Gold Mini Pizza Boxes come as a flat pack of 8 boxes. Once assembled, they are big enough to hold anything 7.6cm square (3x3") inside.

So there you have it! A spooky but super cute Halloween treat box all ready to gift.

Thank you for dropping by, I hope you enjoyed it.....get your spooky on!!
