I have something very exciting for you to start the year off...a mini village project that will keep you entertained every month for the rest of the year!

This kit has been designed and recently release by 3 Quarter Designs (a New Zealand company), and it's so adorable, I just couldn't resist!

Every month starting January, you can collect a new kit from me $35 (plus post), and start creating your very own mini villiage - there wil be shops & buildings and the very last kit (in December) is a surprise!
There is also a bonus mini album (or you can make cards) that fits underneath the building.

The first kit (released this month in January), is called OVER THE TEACUPS CAFE.
The chipboard is laser and die cut ready to assemble (perfect for beginners or the busy person).
Join my monthly subscription and I will take this project to the next level with extra embelishments and design ideas...with Youtubes and the opportunity to come to The Maples craft studio in Heathfield, Adelaide Hills, South Australia, and work on these cute projects together once a month.
(This club is designed as a 'Take Out' monthly project, but I am opening my doors for a community gathering option to spend a few hours together for some fun).

You can choose to just purchase individuall kits (as long as stocks last), or be adventurous and do the whole 12 months with me.

The buildings are designed to fit together, with a pavement and road like a jigsaw.
You can either join them all up together to create a street, or gift each project with the sweet surprise mini album or cards to someone special.
(The chipboard can be cut so that it doesn't connect with the next building).
MEASUREMENTS:
The base floor piece of chipboard 17.5cm x 18cm
Completed building 8.5cm wide, 11cm tall & 9cm deep
HOW IT WORKS
Subscribe for the whole 12 months...
that's $35 per month - (post needs to be confirmed but I think it will be around $12), and you will recieve extra bits & pieces, embellishments to enhance your kits, and I will also offer extra or spare embellishments for sale if available.
You will recieve your kit hopefully as soon as the first week of each month
I will include a video tutorial how to assemble and enhance your projects (the company does not include instructions, but I will)
payment is required in advance on the 1st a month before each kit is due...so for example, the February kit payment is due now in January so I can order it ready for next month.
January & February kit payments can be paid together - due by the first week of January (sorry for short notice).
It's a big surprise what the next kit will be...no sneek peaks ( I say this now)...lol
you can use the 3 Quarter Designs QR Code (on the front of the kit), to see the finished products...it's on their FB page. They do not include instructions.
You will be invited to a private FaceBook Group for all The Village Club Members where we can share ideas, show off your projects and have a bit of fun!

Changed your mind??
you wanted to try out the project as a one off...decided you love it and now want to join my Village Club for the rest of the year? Sure! I'll add you to my club. You will recieve all the extra benefits everyone else does from then on....but I will need LOTS of notice or you may miss out on the new month.
you have only decided mid year to join the Village Club and want to be back dated with ALL the projects from January? I will do my best if I have spare kits...no guarantee you will receive all of or the same embellishments everyone else did, if any. (So it's best to just start with everyone else this month). x
you decided to opt out of the Village Club? That's ok too - I will need at leastTWO month's notice, and if you notify me half way through the month, consider your next month kit on it's way.
PAYMENT
Payment is due one month in advance $35 plus the postage ( which I will confirm shortly)
