Flutterbys

Hello lovelies - Happy New Year! Woo whoo here's to a beautiful fresh start to the new year. I wish everybody a wonderful, happy and healthy year.

Well it's that time of year again for the Occasions and Sale-a-Bration Catalogues to be released, if you haven't received these two catalogues from me yet, it's on it's way!

The catalogues have some lovely products to purchase as well as some great free items when you spend over $90.

Being a garden and nature lover, I had to create something with the new Butterfly collection offered in the 2019 Occasions and Sale-A-Bration Catalogues. Also being summer here in Australia, I currently have a lot of butterflies in my garden enjoying the flowers and green lush foliage. So it was easy to create something with such vibrant and pretty colours.

The butterfly image was fussy cut from the beautiful Botanical Butterfly Designer Series Paper (page9) in the Sale-a-Bration Catalogue. It comes free with every $90 purchase up until 31st March.

The Happy Birthday stamp (from page 28 Occasions Catalogue) - Amazing Life which was one of the stamp sets I received when Onstage Live earlier this year. I cut a circle with the Layering Circle Framelits and stamped on a seperate piece of paper underneath using the Wonderful Romance stamp set (page 11 Occasions Catalogue).

I then glued the paper to the back of the card front. I saw this style of card on Pinterest and was inspired to try it myself.

Even though it's a simple and quick card, I really like the cleanness and simplicity of it.

I also think it could be used for many occasions, not just Birthdays.

This is one of the cards we will be making at my catalogue launch party this Saturday, and I'm very excited to share with you.
