Scrapbooking Global Blog Hop January 2022- Creative Boarders

I'm Sharni Haines from South Australia and welcome to the Scrapbooking Global Design Team's monthly blog hop. Every month we have a new challenge or theme. You are more than welcome join us! Once of our design team members, Sherry, chose this theme for the month.

Here is our beautiful and incredibly talented Scrapbooking Global - Stampin' Up! Creative Team.

Let me explain just what I am doing here.....I have brushed on Bermuda Bay and Coastal Cabana Ink and stamped some images onto a piece of the white cardboard that comes with the Designer Series Paper (this is the bit that many just through away). This will take a little drying time as the paper is glossy. I used my heat gun and still let it sit a while.

While layer 1 was drying, I set to work on the next layer. This piece of DSP is from House & Home (New Mini Catalogue). The original colour was wood grain, I have brushed over Coastal Cabana and stamped more images with Bermuda Bay all over the paper. (The stamp sets I have used will be in the 'Products I have Used' at the end).

The decorative boarders were created by the Die from the Eden's garden Bundle, I used the FREE Sale-A-Bration Simply Marbelous 6"x 6" Designer Series Paper to cut out a boarder that was glued all around the edges of the paper.

This was my finished page of decorative boarders. I am yet to find the perfect photo to go in the middle.
