Hello lovelies,
welcome to The Dimensionals Tutorial Blog Hop for March. We are a team of 4 demonstrators from Australia who love to create 3D cards and paper projects.
This month we have created 4 new projects for June featuring our favourite products.
You can guess, because of my love for birds, I had to get the Pretty Birds Bundle. The biggest attraction was the Birdcage Die. Then, after a play with the stamps, I have also really enjoyed using the bird images. These are Australian Budgies (The Budgerigar is a colourful parrot native to Australia). They have so many beautiful colours, maybe mine are not accurate in colour, but that's part of the fun when creating your own work!
To achieve the 4D birdcage effect, I eventually decided up on using the Z Fold design. It allows the cage to become an effective 4D looking birdcage with a mirror and a bird inside. I had to adjust the measurements of the fold to allow the birdcage to fit correctly, but was happy with the end results.

The Dimensional Team is no longer making Tutorial Bundles as a team. It is sad to say goodbye, but it is time for something new. I want to thank Bronwyn, Lou and Nicole for such a fun few years, it was an honor to be part of such a talented team. And I'd like to thank you for your support too! We saw a lot of beautiful creations you made using our designs.
